Every type of air springs undergoes extensive testing, including 5 million vertical tests, 500,000 lateral tests, and 50,000 torsion tests, on the company's in-house four-channel hydraulic testing platform. Prior to leaving the factory, each air spring undergoes 100% air leakage testing, with welding points subjected to strict non-destructive testing, ensuring that customers receive top-quality air springs.
