As Maxload is a brand manufacturing facility, apart from our own Maxload brand orders, we also assist other brands in production. Therefore, for popular products under the Maxload brand, there might be instances where immediate production is necessary. In such cases, we prioritize production based on the sequence of payment orders received.
Product processing time including quality checking, packaging and transporting to logistics companies etc. Non-stock products will be shipped according to different processing time. Please contact us for updates. The time will be put off if there are holidays.
Throughout the preparation of your shipment, we take photographs at each stage for documentation. Prior to shipping, all evidence of the preparation process will be sent to your email for your review. This not only allows for your confirmation but also provides better insight into the status of your goods. Therefore, during the purchasing process, please ensure you provide accurate and valid contact information, such as your email, phone number, address, and so forth.

We offer domestic and international shipping services through UPS Worldwide Expedited, FedEx International Priority, and DHL Express Worldwide.
Shipping Calculation
Our shipping fees are calculated based on the quantity, size, weight, and destination of the purchased items. We also support the benefits of free shipping on orders over $1000.
Shipping Time
The delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method and destination. DHL domestic ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, UPS/FEDEX shipping takes 7-14 business days.International shipping times vary depending on the destination and are subject to the information provided by the shipping company.
PS: We will ship out the item according to your requests, but there are many factors that may cause the delay of your item, e.g. holiday season, bad weather conditions, strikes as well as war, etc.

Changing Shipping Address
If you need to change the shipping address, please contact our customer service department before confirming your order. If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address. However, we will assist you in redirecting the order to the new address during the transportation process.

We have shipping restrictions based on the policies of shipping companies and applicable laws and regulations. Some special items, such as flammable materials, dangerous goods, drugs, etc., may not be able to be transported through our shipping services.
